The File and Document Tracking API, a healthcare API for customers using Communication and Payment Services solutions from Change Healthcare, provides payers with real-time processing status at the file and document levels.
Product Description
By calling the File and Document Tracking API, the payer retrieves a JSON response containing status information at the file and document levels, as well as overall counts of documents for each processing status. The payer integrates this information back into their in-house application(s).
